I Believe In Miracles:

About 4 months after KEYC-TV went on the air in 1960, the first “I Believe In Miracles” telecast was produced live on Sunday, February 19, 1961 and has been aired weekly ever since. The program has featured “a message of hope and music of inspiration” for over 40 years with Pastor John Michel and his wife Marilyn. The Grace Baptist Church of Mankato produces the 30-minute broadcasts as a public service with support from a number of Baptist churches in the viewing area. The title of the telecast is based on a song written by John W. Peterson in 1956.

Format:

Traditional gospel songs and hymn arrangements are presented by a variety of musicians to encourage faith and simple Bible exhortations are given by Pastor Michel to promote spiritual living and godly values.

Sponsor:

Grace Baptist Church of Mankato underwrites the telecast with the aid of other Baptist churches from the viewing area.

Taping:

Programs are usually taped on Thursday evenings in the channel 12 studio.
