Do you have a tax refund that you never received?The IRS says that's the case for more a thousand Minnesotans.Today the IRS released its annual list of refunds that were returned by the postal service as undeliverable.Taking a look at the local stats...In Blue Earth County 13 checks are waiting to be claimed totaling three thousand-373 dollars.In Martin County four checks are unclaimed, while 2 still need to be picked up in Le Sueur.For the state, one thousand two hundred ninety checks are unclaimed totaling almost 1-point-4 million dollars.
