In the aftermath of last night's elections, both Republicans and Democrats both say they have something to smile about.Republicans won the governors' races there and in New Jersey.Those results are prompting Republican Party chairman Michael Steele to declare that the GOP has ``found its voice again.''RNC Chair Michael Steele says, 'The Republican renaissance has begun. It has begun in earnest.'Some Democrats ARE celebrating...after Bill Owens' win in upstate New York.He beat a Conservative after a moderate Republican bowed out of the race. ((09))House Speaker Nancy Pelosi says, 'in my view, we won. It was a race where a Republican has held the seat since the civil war."Democrats also held onto a seat up for grabs in California.
