FBI To Review Stun Gun Case

The FBI and Minneapolis city attorney will review a police officer's use of a stun gun on a suspect.A criminal complaint says Roland Ruiz was seen throwing a brick through the windshield of an officer's personal vehicle last April.Dash cam video shows the arresting officer putting the taser gun to Ruiz's neck and shocking him until he slumped to the ground, incapacitated.Ruiz' attorney says the officer's only purpose for using the taser gun on Ruiz was to inflict pain and agony.Ruiz is suing the city for $75,000.
