Jackson's Will Filed In Court

New reports indicate Michael Jackson's funeral is likely to be held in Los Angeles.CBS News has learned there will be no public memorial at Neverland Ranch ranch Friday... and any plan to bury pop star on the property couldn't be accomplished this week.Jackson's will was filed in court today.His estate.. estimated then at 500 million dollars..goes into a family trust.His mother Katherine is named as beneficiary, and guardian of his children.The will names singer Diana Ross as a backup guardian for Jackson's kids should his mother not be able to care for them..Jackson's former wife Debbie Rowe, with whom he had his first two children, gets nothing.
