Everyday coming into work I see river boats scanning the Minnesota River for fish.I've heard many tales this summer of great catches on the river.This week's Saturday stringer winner is a double cat catch.Herman Soto of St. Peter was fishing the river near his hometown using sheephead bait.Apparently catfish love the stuff because he landed these two brutes.The cat on the left weighed in at 36 pounds while the one on the right was 32 pounds.His fiancé sent in the photo, congrats to the Herman on some great catches.There's still some fishing season left and the Saturday stringer award has a few more weeks to go.I have received bunches of emails, but you can get in on the action by emailing me your photo's to Fish@keyc.com.Please send as much information as possible and maybe you will see your catch on our Saturday stringer segment soon.
