Willis Wendland of Balaton Earns This Weeks Saturday Stringer Honors...

Its been a great start to the fishing season and many anglers have been out on their favorite lake or pond making some big catches. This week's catch of choice is a late 07 snag but it's deserving to be the KEYC Saturday Stringer award winner. Willis Wendland of Balaton enjoys fishing in our waters but caught this fish on Island Lake up north near Park Rapids. Wendland landed this 5 and a half pound 24 inch walleye in late August and the Resort which he was staying added this photo to their wall of fame. Congrats to Willis on a great catch and good luck in 2008. So how do you get in on the Saturday Stringer action.
