And while they've been playing baseball on the diamond many have been on the lakes fishing. And a few have been making catches with one earning the honor of being our first recipient of the Saturday Stringer presented by KEYC.Bill Anderson, a Windom native making an early season fishing trip to Lake Okaboji, Iowa, was failing in his attempts to catch walleye so he hopped out of his boat and decided to try from land.On his third cast he finally landed what he thought was a walleye however after wrestling it for a while found out it was this 43 inch muskie. He isn't a failed Walleye fisherman however he and his partners landed their limit last weekend on the Minnesota Fishing opener on Round Lake in Worthington.Congrats go out to Bill for his catch. This season is just beginning if you want to get in on the action, just send the picture of your catch with all of your information here to KEYC, or e-mail it to the station, KEYC-at-KEYC-dot-com.
